/wp-content/uploads/products/rh/TR.jpg Roller Hearth Kilns are ideally suited for the mass-production of technical ceramic components that require excellent temperature uniformity and may be processed in short thermal cycles. Roller hearth furnaces may be electrically heated or fuel fired, and are ideally suited for fully automated production lines.

A roller-hearth drying oven may be installed in-line with the roller hearth kiln. Electrically heated roller hearth kilns may be constructed to be atmosphere-tight for processing materials in inert conditions.

Key Features:
  • Lengths from 20 to 60 meters (65 to 200 feet)
  • Useful widths of 600, 900 or 1200 mm (23, 35 or 47 inches)
  • Useful heights up to 200 mm (7.9 inches)
  • Maximum firing temperatures up to 1300°C (2372°F)
  • Heating via Electric Resistance Elements, Natural Gas or LPG
