HTR - High-Temperature Roller Hearth

/wp-content/uploads/products/rh/HTR.jpg The High Temperature Roller Hearth kiln is a flexible design that allows for very high production of parts with small cross-sectional areas that may be processed very rapidly at temperatures up to 1600°C (2900°F). Cycles as short as 30 minutes have been achieved in these kilns.

This flexible platform has been built in lengths up to 100m long, 2.1 meters wide to carry loads up to 800mm high. It can be heated with electricity or fuel burners. Electric kilns may be built to fire products in a protective atmosphere.
