We can fabricate your furnace body and line it with materials optimal for your process.
Bases can be cast in place, pre-cast as sections, or lined with brick.
Furnace Bodies can be lined with a variety of systems, from brick to castables, to ceramic fiber.
Furnace Seals are often the first part of a furnace to fail. We can install rolled ceramic fiber wrapped in stainless or Inconel for the longest-lasting seal, or fabricate a traditional sand seal if you prefer.
