Broken Element Detection

This leaves you not knowing if there is a problem with a heating element until after the cycle is completed and your batch is ruined.

The Pilko Tech Element Health Indicator is either available as an indicator only that shows the operator at a glance if all elements are functioning, or as an automatic system that can interact with the control system to abort a cycle in progress if an element has failed.

The system is designed to be easily retrofitted to nearly any furnace.
